  • Treating clients online is made simple with multiple online platforms now available.

    Consultation – A video call link is automatically sent to you once your booking is made. If you are a skin client, ensuring you are sending photos of your skin before every consultation can ensure we are best monitoring your progress.

    Supplements – Online dispensaries are used to prescribe your supplements and allow you to reorder at any time. Compound formulas specifically tailored for you are made by your practitioner and sent via express postage.

    Testing – Functional testing kits (if required) are authorised by your practitioner and sent to your house directly.

  • Our clients based in Australia & NZ can have access to all of the functional testing we use with eas. Depending on your location outside of AUS & NZ, we may be able to arrange a test kit to be sent to you directly from the laboratory. Please send an enquiry to Jacinta with your specific location to find out more.

  • Unfortunately, consultations are not able to be covered by Medicare. However, if you are seeing Jacinta, you may be able to claim Private Health Insurance depending on who you may be registered with – please ask Jacinta as the health fund rebates are often changing.

  • Pricing of Functional testing can vary anywhere between $250 - $700 depending on the type of testing you require and the complexity of the test. Turnaround time for testing is approximately 4 weeks as results are processed by laboratories in the US (excluding SIBO Testing processed in Australia).
