Our Nutritionists & Naturopaths merge both a holistic and functional approach to the assessment of your health concern. Through collaboration with appropriate practitioners such as Integrated GP’s, Corneotherapist or other health care practitioners, we support our clients through providing the answers of their concerns from a holistic perspective. Rather than treating the symptoms alone, we ensure thorough general pathology & functional pathology testing is conducted to help you identify the cause of your condition.
How it works

In your discovery call, you’ll have the pleasure of meeting with our lovely Patient Advocate, Laura on Zoom.
Your discovery call gives you the chance to outline your health history including details of the onset of your condition, the tried and tested treatments and clarification of your health goals. There are clues in the timeline of your health history and the signs/symptoms your body is showing you.
Laura will be able to help you understand the potential drivers of your condition and clarify the gaps that need to be filled to find you the long term solution.
At the end of your call, Laura will match you with the best Orenda Practitioner for you, and get you ready for your Initial Consultation.

In your Initial Consultation, your assigned practitioner will spend 60-90 minutes with you asking an extensive list of questions to understand your medical history and how this can be impacting your health now.
Our goal of this consultation is to identify the potential systems of weakness and help you to connect the dots as to the drivers of your presenting condition.
You’ll leave your consultation with a customised prescription, referrals for further testing/investigations and a tailored plan regarding your diet and lifestyle modifications.
Don’t stress about getting any testing done before your consultation; your practitioner needs to get to know you and the function of each of your systems in order to determine where to begin with testing.

When we’re working with our clients, we want long term lasting change for them. This is why it’s so important that we work with you every 4-8 weeks to offer as much ongoing support as we can to help you achieve your goals.
Within a 4-8 week period after your initial consultation, your practitioner will assess your progress with your initial treatment plan including your dietary changes, lifestyle modifications and assessment of any pathology completed.
As your practitioner interprets your test results with you and reviews your progress, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how your nutritional status, hormone balance, liver function, stress response, gut microbiome and more may be significantly impacting your health condition.
Working closely with your practitioner means you have the guided support with each consultation to tweak your customised protocol to continuously address the areas of imbalance, whilst being able to work on other concerns which may occur during this period of time.
